There is no surprise that since many years the councilors of Ealing Labor have violated the election rules over these years. The major name behind these violations is Councilor Munir Ahmad from Perivale. He has a record of manipulating and misleading voters of Asian and Muslim origin. Moreover, he has a good network of friends and family that are helping him in this region. Since Munir is a landlord and owns many houses in the area, influencing people has become even easier. Even though he was caught many times, things didn’t change. He directs people to vote in his favor and that helps him solidify his position easily. All the tenants vote for him or the labor itself. It is one of the reasons why he fills the ballots on their behalf without fail.
Offence of Personation and Proxy Voters
Munir Ahmad is guilty due to the offense of personation quite a few times. It is becoming more like an everyday practice though. In an incident, he was pretending to be someone else and using the vote of that person. These things are common with the postal votes. Moreover, he dictates other people and wants to change their minds when it comes to a proxy vote. A proxy vote is where the voter chooses another person to vote on their behalf.
If this isn’t enough, Munir has other allegations where he remains answerable. The charges include intimidation and bribery buying votes from various people. Impersonation is another offense that is happening all this time. The surprising thing is that he recently created a ‘’vote-forging factory’ where he is aided by a lot of powerful people on his side.
Munir isn’t the only culprit as his partners in crime happen to be Cllr Tariq Mahmood and Cllr Charan Sharma. All the tenants that live in the houses offered by him are influenced to vote according to his directions. It is one of the reasons why Stephen Pound MP was elected a few times.

Cllr Tariq Mahmood uses his tactics and dirty tricks to mislead all the innocent people in the area. However, the special focus seems to be on Muslims and other Asian residents. He boasts of helping many people vote by post especially from 2017 to 2019. Even though Cllr Tariq Mahmood remains clean on the surface things are not what they seem. In Greenford, he was caught in one of the mosques helping and fighting for the rights of the old people. However, the story turned out to be different. He was planning to have a lot of votes for the Labor candidates and councilors in both general and local elections.
UK’s Electoral System at an All-Time Low
According to the reports coming in from the Electoral Commission, around 52% of people believe that influence from authorities during voting is a big concern. Police cannot take any serious action as this scam grows to become bigger than ever. Currently, there is no strict law against voting that the UK’s labor party influences. MPS has been securing positions, all thanks to Munir Ahmad for working effortlessly for them. The number of voting offences is increasing and there is no one who can take action against such parties. It is not surprising that electoral fraud has been happening since 2010.
The government wants to take action where the number of electors can be minimized who have a proxy voter. It will become harder to organize a proxy voting fraud. Another good move will be restricting the voters within the areas under the control of the Labor Party’s authorities. Every person who votes must present his real identity as it will help deal with cases of personation.

I found him once registering for election voting on my behalf. When I asked him why did you do that? He said I was helping you so you don’t get fined. But I know from other tenants who lived in his properties he was doing that all the time and helped Stephen Pound MP elected a few times.”
